Removing End Users Manually from a Subscription

Most subscriptions are populated (and depopulated) automatically by a service. You can, however, remove end users manually.

Removing by free-form text box

  1. Click the Subscriptions tab, and then click the subscription from which you want to remove users.
  2. In the Remove Users section, chooseRemove Users, and then and select the primary identifier. Use a separate line for each end user, with the identifier as the first item of data.

Only one identifier is required. Any additional data is ignored.

  3. Click Remove Users when done.

Removing users in a file

  2. In the Remove Users section, choose Remove Users in File, and then select the primary identifier.
  3. Browse to the file. You can use one of these file types:
    • XLS/XLSX — character encoding can be windows-1252, ASCII, or UTF-8

    • CSV — character encoding can be windows-1252 or ASCII, but not UTF-8
In the file, use a separate line for each end user, with the identifier as the first column of data.

Only one identifier is required. Any additional data is ignored.

  4. Click Remove Users when done.

Removing users from another subscription

This option removes any users in the current subscription who are also members of a subscription that you select.

Members of this selected subscription are removed from the current subscription.

  4. Click Remove Users when done.

You will be given a choice of filters to remove end users, such as their mobile operator, time zone, prefix, or joining period.

  3. Choose the filters that you want to use, and then click Save.
  4. Click Remove Users when ready.
