v3 SMS SMPP
These custom Openmarket error codes are returned with submit_sms_resp PDUs. They supplement the existing SMPP error codes, which indicate either an issue with the format or structure of your request, or an issue with delivery to the mobile phone.
We may also provide further information as to why a message request failed in TLV 0x2153. This TLV provides the most accurate information about why a message may have failed. For a list of the codes returned by TLV 0x2153, see TLVs returned in responses and delivery receipts.
